Two rooms are available: the main hall 20 x 10 m with hatch to kitchen and a cosy, carpeted smaller room for more intimate gatherings. Also a grassed area with summer house, to the rear of the hall.

Hire charges: £5 per hour (£6 non residents) for either room.‚Äč


An emergency defibrillator is located on the front of the building for public use.


A Committee manages the hall on behalf of the combined Parish Councils of Kirby Cane and Ellingham. This is comprised of fifteen people: four elected officers and representatives of the user groups. There are also many willing volunteers who help with fund raising.

Grants are being sought to fund further improvements, including enlarging and modernising the kitchen.

Fund raising events include quizzes, garden parties, lunches, table top sales, and the annual fete. New ideas are always welcome.

The hall lies at the centre of the community. Please support the events if you can or volunteer your services.
